使用办法如下：

中文版换英文语音

1.将英文版中Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\的enUS.SC2Assets文件夹复制出来
2.将enUS.SC2Assets重命名为zhTW.SC2Assets，也就是台湾版中的文件名
3.将这个文件复制到你的台湾版的Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\中，覆盖掉zhTW.SC2Assets。

英文版换中文语音反过来即可

原理就是替换*.SC2Assets这个文件
